Management doesnt know what they are doing, first they dont have any training in HR so they dont know how to deal with anything. They will write you up for everything, schedule are cazy all the time, they post it sometimes by friday the week before so you have to wait into last minute to know the schedule for next week. htye dont know how to run a place or make the staff feels happy, is not a good work enviorement, If I was the owner will ask, why have some lower employee retention? is not the employees are bad, is theplace and the management
