Cons

The work culture leans heavily toward performative busyness—people often look busy without actually doing much. Management is mostly checked out when it comes to employee development or genuine support—leadership talks a good game but doesn’t follow through.

Cons

I have no concerns at this time; I am very happy with my role and the company and the direction of the company.
