Pros
PCM Encore is a fast-moving, high-impact environment where you’re trusted with real responsibility from day one. As CCO, I’ve been able to build out core infrastructure and drive change without red tape slowing things down. Leadership is clear on the mission, open to ideas, and quick to act when something makes sense. There’s a strong sense of ownership across the team, and it’s a place where people who take initiative can truly thrive. The culture encourages problem solving, collaboration, and doing meaningful work.
Cons
It’s definitely a place that requires a self starter mindset and comfort with ambiguity. You need to be proactive, adaptable, and okay with figuring things out as you go. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re wired for startup life, it’s a rewarding place to be.
