Pros
There's a lot of great learning experiences here. An organized and creative person can go far. Progressive Sales Directors and VP make their salesforce better every year
Cons
Company calls itself Blue Collar, but in reality is more White Collar than most companies its size. Consistent buying of new companies, rather than expanding workforce capabilities, salaries and training. Employee well-being is not even an afterthought to C-levels, who do not understand what their employees do every day. Difficult to be promoted from within, because of ancient HR policies and directives
