screening process made hard by some illiterate quality analyst, who themselves doesn't know how to speak English, and they don't pay you for week offs, team leaders are of no use as they don't know the process completely when it comes to certification, lots of demoralization happens while going through certification, overall process is damn easy and reliable but some are just a unwanted thing which this company has..
