Pros
"atleast you have a job" is pci's going motto pci is a small company which despite its close quarters allows for people who are satisfied with doing the bare minimum for bare minimum party to stick around as long as they like. it is definitely an environment to learn a few skills, but you have no choice but to leave to get paid for those skills.
Cons
I have not seen anyone get a legitimate raise in pay. pay raise averages 50C/hour. while some employees/departments are alter to do next to nothing, others are demanded to work extra hours and weekends with no ot pay. managment is a giant joke with no professional attitude! many are extremely rude to their own workers. I personally have been treated ok, but I have seen the way they have treated others and is not ok. upper management lies to employees, example: they fire someone and send out an email to staff saying the person quit. ALMOST EVERY EMPLOYEE IS ACTIVELY SEEING A NEW EMPLOYER!
