      Pros

      Just worlds apart from any other company I've worked for in my career. People are friendly and approachable. Everyone is seemingly very happy on their jobs.

      Cons

      Not really a con but the, Company is still relatively young, so growing fast and is developing processes to accommodate along the way. Part and parcel of a successful, growing business.
