Pros

Strong clients with steady work. Team environment. Heavy use of technology allows for remote work and flexible arrangements. Travel opportunities for people who want it. Management is accessible and friendly. More communication with staff is a recent improvement. End of year bonuses. Comp time. Good benefits. Feels like a well-managed company.

Cons

Need steadier new business function to provide more opportunities for employees to move up. Pay scale trails some other agencies. Work tends to be repetitive on certain project teams. Teams differ greatly based on director in charge. Not all differences are good, and some managers could use management training.

Pros

Interesting work and good clients. The company is working hard to expand its client base which brings in new and interesting opportunities. The people who work here are great, and this is exemplified by the company's COO who has the most integrity of any leader I have worked for. Management doesn't play games and is transparent at all times. There is a sense that the partners truly care about their employees which is (sadly) pretty rare these days.

Cons

It's a small firm, so opportunities for advancement can be limited. However, the opportunities are there if you work for them.

Pros

PCGCampbell has a great culture of flexible work schedules and awesome benefits. I've been happy with my career progression but I know of others who've been stagnating in positions (and who actually do deserve promotion). So I'm positive personally, but neutral to negative company-wide on promotion.

Cons

This company is definitely in a cultural shift and are stuck behind the times in terms of technology and worldview. Compensation (aside from awesome bene's) is on an average lower than other similar companies. They also don't have much status with their clients but are more of a servant than equal (or expert) partner.
