Pros

Remote, worked from home, drove to the office if needed

Cons

Management treats you like children even though you are far more capable of comprehending simple tasks and twists facts to put themselves in the grace of higher management who is clueless about the ground-level issues occurring causing high turnover rates.

Pros

I worked for PCG for 2.5yrs and learned how to work in an office setting. The work was moderate. Working with the agents was never a dull moment. If you want to learn the basics of IT PCG is the place to start from.

Cons

Last minute projects added at the last minute

Pros

Work from home required by the pandemic

Cons

No training No planning No scheduling No asset management/tracking No leadership No direction PCG expected techs to do work off of their phone networks, and then took equipment from another client's office when the phone network was insufficient for the tasks. Technicians were encouraged to do work for one client using another client's infrastructure after being explicitly told not to. Other technicians had no idea what they were doing. This place is a mess - I encourage every one to stay away.
