You are an intern, but just need to prove your self as a value add and you will be respected in a way. Not much room to grow in the firm as its more Interns then Managing Directors. Not to much middle ground for moving out of the daily tasks as an intern.

Its a good company to work for if you are in desperate need for money, but if you want a professional environment with a reputable name then run the other direction.

Jeff Ramson, the CEO is a completely unprofessional, sneaky business owner who promotes his clients' stock knowing how worthless they are. Terrible company. These guys have the worst reputation in the IR industry.
