Pros

The learners (and most parents), making positive impacts on their lives both at home, at work, and in the community.

Cons

Less than ideal worksites and working conditions (warehouses), long commutes to and from work sites, barely any scheduled “office” time to work on notebook upkeep, program creation, FFS notes, and data tracking. Low pay for the cost of living in the area. Lack of communication across modules.

Pros

I thought it was a welcoming atmosphere with everyone sharing the same goals to help those with autism. Not to mention that the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Depending on distance (where you live), you might have to deal with long commutes; could topple work-life balance.
