Too much politics! Could not even assign a proper laptop to employee to work. Can you believe the HR hired somebody who was completely incapable to do his work and often fell into sleep snoring loud enough to be heard by the whole office without interviewed by the team lead ? Can you believe their employees including managers in their HQ office in HK fell into sleep at seat while the laptop screen stayed on google homepage most of the day? So interesting tradition ... highly toxic env, not recommended at all.
