      Salary was good. They had consistent bonus yearly and increase during my stay.

      they will never fire you even you can't do your job

      Cons

      I don't have any cons but I can give pros: once you get in, you will retire at same rate. Even if you die they will pay you salary for few years at same rate that you got in.
