None really lack of communication. Always wanted to add more but really never reviewing anything with management appropriately.
Cons
Where should I start incharge of 6 clinics only got recognize for 4 and on top of it when new management came in they wanted to move everything around without actually asking the staff that was working with the doctors for there opinion.
