Pros

They'll take anyone? Semi-flexible hours.

Cons

They'll take anyone. You get told to lie to people, emotionally manipulate people. Anyone with a sense of decency and a realization of how the company works will hate it. You take political donations from old people by guilt-tripping them, then at least 60% of what they donate goes to YOUR paycheck alone. That's before the company takes it out, and that's assuming you're making well above quota/average,

Pros

The trainer and employees were all treated well. The trainer was as brilliant as a diamond. Very professional and positive. This is a call center, and you can thank God for a job.

Cons

Employees state that they have to show up for work seven days a week.

Pros

There are fundraisers who have been working here up to 8 years and many have been with the company between 1-4 years which speaks volumes about job security. There is more job security here than the other 2 Republican call centers in the Valley. The coaches and supervisors are friendly and always ask if you have any questions and make it clear they are there to help you. Everyone is treated fairly here. It is untrue that you cannot bonus. I received an unexpected $35 bonus on my last check and there are fundraisers working here who bonus EVERY check. I work 40 hours a week without having to work weekends. The causes are legitmate. This is NOT cold calling. You are calling people you know express an interest in what you are saying. The best part about PCC is that they don't discriminate based on appearance - everyone has an opportunity to prove themselves. I have only been working here 2 months. See my other review of the similar call center, FLS Connect.

Cons

NONE. As with MOST telemarketing businesses, if you are NOT productive and NOT making that company money - you will either be fired or sent home. Why should they pay you to doing NOTHING? It is true if you do not make a pledge after 2.5 hours you will be sent home - and you SHOULD BE because even the most inexperienced fundraiser can raise the minimum quota if they're putting forth any effort. There are fundraisers who have not been sent home - referred to as "complied" - in over 5 years! The average fundraiser does NOT get complied often - if at all.
