      Pros

      Working at PCA really felt like working with a family. Everyone is willing to help each other out and provide constructive feedback or share knowledge. Communication is great and documentation is aplenty. They also have free lunch every Friday, who can say no to that?

      Cons

      Potentially taking on too much workload from clients, that's about it.

      Pros

      Previous Ownership / Leadership was great, understanding, great people to work for and with. Great culture and people to work with.

      Cons

      New Ownership (Netrio) they come from private equity, squeeze every last ounce of work out of you, and then ask you to do more. Culture has shifted, company lost its previous identity.
