Pros

Amazing work environment with great teamwork and space for creative thinking and collaboration. Empowerment and enablement are two key strategies to motivate all levels of employment from entry to management levels. Investment in innovative technology is proven through partnership levels and resource availability. 34 years of strong business relationships proves PC Professional is invested and devoted to delivering trusted technology solutions. Technology acquisition is an ongoing investment from: Azure infrastructure adoption, on premise systems running latest technology, latest Microsoft solutions to leading edge hardware on every desk in the office. Average employee has been with PC Professional for over 10 years. This shows the investment and care that PC Professional makes from a HR perspective. This corporation, again CORPORATION, is not family owned as the disgruntled ex-employee below states in another review. In all fairness, as an employee of this organization for over 10 years, the weight of my words and review should hold much more value than another's whose employment lasted all much a few business hours.

Cons

17th BART..convenient but not the best. Public transportation, what can you say?!

Pros

As a small company, PC Pro tends to offer a lot of flexibility when there aren't too many service tickets Work life balance is encouraged

Cons

Strong work performance is "rewarded" with more work and responsibilities. Relatively high t/o from a lack of accountability and equity
