-Onsite visits to client sites are mandatory, company focuses on a hands-on, clients first approach. You may have to drive onsite and interact with clients in person -Company grows fast and work is plentiful and you may find yourself a bit overwhelmed if you do not pace yourself -Self starter culture, do not expect your hand to be held, senior staff sometimes too busy to respond
