Pros

Snack bar and fully stocked free kitchen. Owner is very sweet.

Cons

Sadly owner lets, Shrek, not the nice disney character either - create an unhealthy culture hidden behind glitz and glamour. A COO that firmly believes that her way is the ONLY way, the RIGHT way and nothing else. She is a monster and hides the true colors of the company culture behind silly events. No training and expectations are ridiculous and make no sense. No work life balance, mico managers and management that openly gossips about employees and staff.

Pros

Saves time and gas not having to leave the house. Great coworkers. Descent pay and commission, plus bonus and perks. Well taken care of. I hope to be here for many years.

Cons

Sales can be stressful. High season is intense.

Pros

I've worked at PC Housing for a little more than a year now. In the past I've always worked for large corporations. As a quality assurance professional, I'm constantly analyzing processes to determine where service, revenue, etc can be optimized. With large corporations it's harder to have your voice heard. With PC Housing, leadership actively allows its employees to voice their opinions and solutions. The greatest thing about working for the company is the culture they promote. Employees can expect anything from free snacks and lunches, comp time off, recreational games (billiards, ping pong, darts, formerly foosball) and off-site team building activities. The people that work here are all a great, diverse group of people, the office has a nice setup with a pretty decent view for the Miramar area, and there are dining options within walking distance - some of which offer discounts for local workers.

Cons

The company is south of Mira Mesa which helps a bit with the commute for the Sorrento Valley/Miramar area but hours generally range anywhere from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM likely putting you in traffic during rush hour if you live south of Miramar. I circumvent this by hitting the gym close by right after work; I'm sure you can find an alternative to traffic should traffic cause you the same aggression it gives me.
