We appreciate you taking time to provide your feedback. We are always available to listen to thoughts and comments about the company’s performance and environment. Our mission is always to provide every employee with the right opportunities, environment and leadership. Career growth is an integral part of the PBS culture through the ASAP Program. This program, which is open to all in the office, has allowed many employees to grow and even become a partner within the firm. I would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns and find ways to address them in a mutually agreeable way. As I’m sure you are aware, our recent growth has required us to move to a much larger office space with ample amenities for all to enjoy. If you have ideas about what our new office should have, please forward along ideas per the emails that had been circulated through the office over the last few months. Please feel free to contact me so we can be sure your experience exceeds your expectations. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards, Kunal

Pros

Knowledge sharing is abundant. Tools, networks, peers, and seniors are helpful in advancing your skills as a designer.

Cons

Uneven distribution of work loads. Some designers lead multiple projects while doing their own production, making it hard to maintain work-life balance most times of the year. Others have plenty of downtime.
