Pros

IT and CAD support is good. Most Seniors are easy to work with. Project types are various.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Many unstable people who think whatever they think is right and are always mad about something! Low pay rate is a big issue. A very rude and unstable office manager who always disrespects the employees she does not like. The CEO does not know what is going on with most employees and does not listen or respond to them. Lack of management is another annoying issue. There is only one supervisor for more than 20 electrical engineers and she can not manage all of them at the same time. Some seniors are working on the projects without regard to existing codes.

Pros

Knowledge sharing is abundant. Tools, networks, peers, and seniors are helpful in advancing your skills as a designer.

Cons

Uneven distribution of work loads. Some designers lead multiple projects while doing their own production, making it hard to maintain work-life balance most times of the year. Others have plenty of downtime.
