Absolutely no opportunities for advancement. IH techs are the bottom rung, and are often kept there. The hours were terrible and no pay differential to wait all night to do an air clearance at 4am only to be expected to show up back at the office to perform your regular shift. Work/Life balance claim is false for any one but upper management.
