      Pros

      Wonderful people and deeply mission-oriented work. Organization is well-respected in deeper learning. In past, it was remarkably positive place to work.

      Cons

      Staff changes in the wake of COVID onset shifted dynamics within the organization, including big reduction in operations staff. Many employees were/are burnt out. Big wave of resignations (along with a wave of new hires).

      Pros

      Mission-driven work with highly motivated, dedicated team. Remote work environment with opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues across the org. Intentional effort to build culture, lead with integrity, live out org values, and behave with transparency and integrity.

      Cons

      Smaller teams mean we all wear many hats and need to make big things happen with minimal budgets. Org may not be as quick to react to market signals as it needs to be.
