      Pros

      You learn a lot and fast, there is opportunity for mentorship.

      Cons

      They make you work overtime, which is not payed. Crazy deadlines all the time, the project management is controlled by the clients which results in burnout on the employees. No work-life balance, they make you feel like you owe them.
