Beautiful product and great people. The owners treat their employees well. Every department runs independently.

Just regular downsides to working with a small company. Some long hours, and supplies aren't always purchased right when you need them.

Got to pick which jobs you wanted to work. Was able to go to some awesome locations. i.e. Foxwoods Some of the jobs are really awesome when you are done.

Staff was unorganized A lot of the furniture was beat up or poorly maintained from previous jobs so workers would get yelled at. Warehouse staff often forgot to pack equipment/furniture for jobs
