Business outlook - Anonymous employee PBA Health Employee Review

I have had great success here at PBA Health, professionally and personally! I really enjoy my co-workers and my job. I feel challenged to do my best and to obtain my own goals and I feel that management really cares about me and my success. I really like to company events that go on and the committees that I have the honor to serve on.

None that I can think of.

- You get paid to do nothing. - Flexible with PTO and sick time. - Company considers a business professional dress code to be sweatpants and Uggs.

- Managers who don't know how to properly manage their subordinates. - Managers who bully instead of provide constructive criticism. - No office holiday party. - Depressing work atmosphere. - Too little work load (and the work is boring).
