- management is terrible and bullies staff - you will be gaslit and invoiced for any stock that is lost while you are working. - If you try to take leave the branch manager will threaten you with things like "are you sure you want to do this" and "I will remember this for a long time" especially on days such as black Friday and boxing day where not only are you required to work, they will try to pay you as little as possible. - comission is seen as a privilege, and will be removed for anything they can, including taking more than 2 days leave in that month. All in all wouldn't recommend. Will cause far too much stress and argument.
