      The company's work from home setup

      Cons

      Upper management is toxic, I recall one time I asked how to go through a task because I was just assigned with it with no guidance. In turn the head gaslit me into why I was asking questions without anything prepared for him. This head is pretty unprofessional too. He gets interns to do full-time roles.

      Good coworkers, really nice people

      Cons

      Office is bad, Environment is kinda toxic, The marketing is that it is Finance and Technology (Fintech) and that it’s a KPO, but it’s actually just a BPO that resells technology
