      *the colleagues are really nice *nice canteen *good salary

      Cons

      *no proper managment, everyone running like headless chickens at the deadline *Will treat you nicely when needed. Then do organisational restructuring every 6 months to remove people they dont need anymore instead of retraining them for something else.

      -Tolle Mitarbeiter und Teams -Benefits -Kantine ist wirklich top und so gut wie kostenlos -Kostenlose Sportmöglichkeiten -Interne Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten

      -Gehalt in Ordnung -3 Tage Office Pflicht und keine Flexibilität dabei, auch nicht über Weihnachten -Keine Workation möglich
