      Good work life balace and occasional work at the weekends

      Cons

      Very low morale among all teams, in particular investment professionals High turnover, lack of training and poor management at the top There are some nice people but they are looking to leave soon Lower than expected bonus (irrespective of your personal performance)

      Pros

      The social events for employees and team Encouraged to take on projects to help with your career growth No micromanagement which is great!

      Cons

      During my time there was alot of redundancy periods (every year I was there for 2 years) which lead to doubt of job security. They switch from 2 days to 3 days mandatory to be in the office and the loss of flexibility was lost. Sometimes communication was not great, from both management and colleagues.
