Favoritism when it comes to promotions. Will make Specialists manage projects, diguise it as "career building" but its really because they don't have the manpower and many lackluster talent pool to pull from. They give Specialists management workloads but drag their feet when it comes to actually promoting them. Also don't bother putting in a two weeks notice, they'll either terminate you immediately (if they don't like you) or force you to travel your last week, cancel your business card before all the charges post then stick you with the bill.
