      Impressive and supportive induction programme for all employees regardless of role or experience. Friendly and extremely approachable environment to work, with the largest network of OH provision within one company I have experienced in my 20 years in OH. Really cares for their employees, along with a high regard for the client.

      Currently struggling to find negatives.

      Toxic Culture and Management. Management always looking for scapegoat for their lack of leadership. Poor patient care.
