Pros
genuinely unsure, during quite months can have good work life balance
Cons
-they have done 5 rounds of redundancies in the last 5 or so years. They get rid of people before theyve worked there for 2 years, so they dont have to pay them out -Management are genuinely clueless, it is run terribly. The protocols in place are not thought out, changes are constantly being paid to 'better' the company because its such a sinking ship -The changes been made this year have been thought out properly, some didn't even get completed. Anxiety and uncertainty created for no reason -No thought or care for its employees. Pretty poor for a health company, everything we teach to corporate clients and employees is contradicted by what is shown to PAM's employees. No sick pay, no health policy, run to the ground, not back to work meetings. Supposed to be a 50/50 split of home working and on the road, which doesnt happen. No praise of work, not enough employees so everyone is run thin on the ground, mistakes constantly being made as operations lack employees, they are timed to do certain tasks, would not use this company or work for this company again.
