      Pros

      The only pros for this job are a direct result of the union CBA, good pay, great vacation accrual, decent benefits and 401k matching up to 4%.

      Cons

      Unethical staffing practices hostile work environment poor communication lack of leadership training rude management ridiculous rules such as only being allowed to drink water while on the clock threatening demeaner

      Pros

      It was immensely rewarding participating on projects from start to finish.

      Cons

      Location was not my favorite. One way in, one way out, causes traffic getting on and off base. Base police are strict.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
