Pros
The health care plan isn't bad and that's the only good thing I can think of working for this company.
Cons
They say that you're all "family" but they honestly couldn't care less about you. They have treated their employees horribly during this pandemic. They're a multi million dollar company and they won't do anything to help they're employees and put them at a higher risk of catching COVID by how little they do to help them. They are not proactive at all and just care about making money and not keeping good employees. The turn over rate in my office is extremely high, almost everyone working there is burnt out, and are highly stressed. All of this has doubled this year if not tripled with this outbreak. I would not recommend working for PAE at all.
