      Good pay compared to most aircraft maintenance jobs.

      Cons

      Primarily government contract which means management is not concerned with making decisions that help the company grow, and the company is not concerned with providing training for employees. very little overtime.

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
