Pros
None really to think of after contracting for a bunch of companies this was the worst.
Cons
First they micromanage, they breakdown your day and time charged including bathroom breaks and they want it all accounted. Their benefits package isn't all that great. They got rid of our sick leave leaving only vacation intact and even removed a holiday. So only 9 paid. If we were closed due to government holiday we had to take leave without pay or use vacation. The health insurance benefits are expensive you actually are better buying from the healthcare marketplace. And they push a poisonous workplace. They handed out a flier stating no talking amongst employees, no drinks in work areas. Basically management wants a worker to stay quiet do their job and go home without any raises or say.
