Pros
Padnos family has excellent business management knowledge and philosophies and are able to maintain healthy financials in any economic environment. Benefits are relatively good. They do try to recognize and reward their hardest workers. Great place to work for general laborers or anyone just looking to earn a fair wage for a fair days work.
Cons
Not so good for ambitious types looking for long-term career growth and advancement. Women not treated as equal to men (given more work, assigned "secretarial tasks" in addition to regular duties that are not assigned to me at same level, rarely promoted, see positions given to less qualified men all the time.) Management not always truthful. Tend to make promises that never come true. Management have outdated views of effective leadership, communication, etc. and often promote ineffective managers who have these outdated ideal "skills."
