Pros

Friendly Office, Respectable Salary and Benefits, Nice co-workers.

Cons

Lack of innovation due to rigidity in CEO's approach to putting business processes over people. Everything has to be done exactly one way, ideas from people other than the CEO rapidly eliminated despite a claim to openness. No work-from-home benefits, even for people with health problems or with an employee that wasnt able to work from home until he broke his hip. No allowances for taking time off after working overtime the day before. 2 week yearly vacation lumped in with sick days - not enough time off. Very outdated and excessive focus on the 9-5 workday, and maximum 2-week holiday- even when at the expense of productivity and employee health. This is a very good, old-school company for someone that doesn't mind or thrives within a lot of structure - but if you want to work in a company that has appreciation for the benefits of the internet age - go elsewhere.

Pros

The small team of people in the office (not consultants but the actual employees which is less than 10) are talented and good at there respective roles.

Cons

The CEO doesn't always act in an ethical, responsible manner and he is a tyrant. He yells at people and has no real emotional intelligence skills and will take short cuts when he can and doesn't think twice about degrading people and demeaning them.
