- Has a wonderful set of employees. Everyone within the company looks out for each other and brings about a sense of family. There wasn't a moment where I felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. - Offers reasonable compensation and ample opportunities to learn new skills. There is always a high expectation for quality and quantity. The company is growing which means there are a lot of new orders coming in; there is always something that needs to be done. If you are looking for a place that challenges you both physically and mentally, with an incredible team around you, then PACE Technolgies is the place for you.

- Some manufacturing issues. In some cases, the manufactured parts aren't dimensioned/toleranced properly. This creates some difficulty quality checking a machine for proper function as the poorly manufactured parts don't allow for certain components to function as intended. NOTE: During my time at the company the manufacturing, assembly, and quality departments were in constant communication to get these issues sorted out.
