Pros

There are so many to list. Having worked in multiple staffing positions before, it was easy to tell the difference from day one! Not only do they (we now I guess) care about the candidate experience, they have an entire department dedicated to making sure that they know what you are looking for and can keep that in mind when trying to match you with roles. The process is built around transparency and they really do go to work trying to get you hired! If one role isn't a good fit, they move on to the next one when ever possible! During my job search and hiring process, everyone I interacted with at PACE was amazing from the Recruiter Mike, to the VP Sarah and the Owner Jeanne. Since starting my role two months ago, I have had zero complaints, feel fully trained and excited for what opportunities to come. It is truly my favorite company I have ever worked for!

Cons

Bellevue office location can be a challenge with 405 traffic, but I just adjust my commute times for this role.

Pros

Cecil at Pace Staffing is friendly, professional, and understanding during my time of transition. He listens. He found me the perfect spot at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital where I could temp and become a permanent employee with the PFS team.

Cons

No bad things to deal with. Pace setup my temporary assignment, coordinated my ZOOM interview, and kept in touch with me throughout my assignment and even my onboarding. Now that I am becoming permanent here at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital, Cecil even calls me to make sure I am in the loop and to make sure I feel good about the transition
