Pros
They only offer decent pay if you teach many group classes per week.
Cons
They don't believe in your previous experience, they don't care about your recommendation letters, they don't care about your TEFL certificates, they don't believe in your skills or credentials. Communication is horrible. They reply by e-mail only once a month, which drags the time extremely long for application. You are left without work or money in the end, so you are eventually pushed to find another job. They have too much training and they doubt any of your teaching abilities all the time. Trying to find any micro-mistakes. If you make a single little mistake during the training you are left without saying anything. Just gone forever. And all those back and forth emails throughout the 4 months with such a waiting are wasted for nothing, This company only gave me headaches from start till end. The classes never began, they promised so much and in the end, you lose s much of your time, waiting for nothing.
