This place has a great atmosphere and chance for advancement

I do not have any negative comments to attribute.

I loved my previous boss. I took the job because of her, and I made some great friends. Hours are fine, pay was great. The work was not too exhaustive. They are very fair and recognize achievement if you are willing to put in the effort and learn.

There is a culture of people "not wanting to do things". The marketing team is barely a team, and unfortunately this is due to people who have no experience in the actual business. It is truly a sales job. There is also no time off, and the benefits are sub par. It is a great starter job for someone with no degree or creative experience at all. High school diploma and basic art interest would fulfill this role.
