Great Place to Work - Anonymous employee PACE Credit Union Employee Review

Managers care about well-being and there is room for growth. Good pension plan. Benefits plan is also really good and PACE pays for it 100% (Who doesn't love free coverage?!). Management has greatly improved over the last 1-2 years with transparency & leadership and are trying to keep employees engaged even through a pandemic. Pretty good work-life balance and managers don't micro-manage. PACE has also become more diverse in the last couple of years which is great to see!
