Average pay Long working hours (forget your weekends - expect calls at 2 am) Terrible management (toxic & blame culture) Employee turnover is the highest I've ever seen (people being fired & leaving left and right) - it's almost a completely new set of employees every couple of months No concern over employees health and well-being - almost impossible to get an annual leave (expect to work during sick leaves) Super secretive partners (lack of trust)
