There are some positive aspects to working here. The staff generally have a strong sense of teamwork, and the organization is often willing to hire new graduates, There is a reasonable degree of flexibility in how workdays are structured though the workload demands can be extremely high for some programs.

There is a strong sense of favouritism for certain staff and if you aren't a favourite your contributions will be neglected and ignored. Decision-making is highly top-down, with policies and expectations that can feel inconsistent, contradictory, or difficult to justify. Staff are also frequently expected to manage challenging client interactions, including harassment, with limited support. The work culture as a whole can be mostly positive which balances some of these stressors but be prepared for a tough, grim, high pressure work experience most days for very minimal compensation
