Pros

PA Health Management is a wonderful place to work at. Very successful and fast growing company with great benefits and high pay. Great atmosphere and environment and professional staff. I love this company because they focus on employees and helping each other. I was hired to work from home but I love to come to the office every day! They are many opportunities to grow as well. CEO is an amazing person. He loves people and has great vision for the future of the company. Very educated and kind-hearted man. Anything you need help with, he is willing to help no matter what it takes. He knows people very well and fake people don’t last in this family. As long as you are honest and willing to learn, you will have a great future here.

Pros

Cons

Leadership Issues: Leadership roles seem to be based on personal relationships rather than qualifications or performance. This has led to decisions driven more by appeasing the CEO than addressing real problems, with some leaders lacking critical knowledge and insight. Ineffective Systems and Overwork: Internal systems designed to reduce workload are plagued with glitches, which ultimately increase the burden on Service Coordinators (SCs). Tasks continue to pile up, and SCs are expected to complete them in tight timeframes, often working overtime without compensation. Lack of Training and Communication: There is inadequate training and a breakdown in communication across teams. Managers are not aligned, resulting in conflicting information and inefficiencies. QA Leadership Concerns: The Quality Assurance leadership lacks flexibility and relevant expertise, hindering performance and quality. Company Priorities: While the company claims to help underserved populations, its actions seem focused primarily on profit, neglecting the well-being of its employees, particularly SCs who are the core of the operation.
