No ethics, morals or company principles - Partner PA Consulting Employee Review

Like being a freelance employee, consultant or Partner but earning less and being within a toxic environment. Nepotism, narcissism, bullying, lying, (real HR non existent) all epidemic and experienced daily. Yes you can sometimes break into a clique and be with a team with a client for a few years and ignore the company ethics etc - but its just a selfish attitude which turns a blind eye to what is going on and will long term eat into your conscience. There are much better places to be.
