Pros
Good employees, yearly retreat, working from home with occasional in-person meetings.
Cons
The only interest of the Company is to increase as much as possible profit and to expand. No value at all given to the employees, who are paid very little, although the Company charges huge amounts of money to their clients. Work conditions are extremely bad. Pressures to deliver fast, without first training or even supporting members of the staff and no attention to the quality of work, which is generally very poor. You may easily work extra hours, which are not paid. No benefits and minimum allowed holidays. There is an extremely high turn-over ( in general, people run away in less that 1 year), but leadership does not seem to care. The employees are totally exploited by an horrible and uncapable leadership.
