Not the best treatment of employees and completely diminishing your career path - Anonymous employee P95 Employee Review

Company grew too much too quick which resulted in taking money measures, horrible new management set up with people who dont understand the business and no projects to work on because no proper business development. No paid overtime and you work basically however client decides. No help no back up and absolutely no way to grow in the company (even if you do grow 2% is your raise) yet they will charge clients huge money and pay you as little as possible compared to the other CROs on the market. HR can only listen to your problems but nothing gets resolved. Overall people are nice and flexbility of working from home is ok.
